To help our team provide the most accurate quote and lead time, please include as much of the following information as possible with your RFQ:
The more complete your RFQ package, the faster our team can evaluate your project and provide an accurate quote.
- 2D Drawing – PDF drawing with dimensions, specifications, and notes
- 3D CAD Model – STEP, STP, IGES, or other applicable file format
- Part Number & Revision – Identify the current drawing/model revision
- Material – Specify material grade, thickness, and condition when applicable
- Quantity – Include the quantity needed and, when applicable, expected annual volume
- Tolerance Requirements – Identify critical dimensions, tolerances, GD&T, or inspection requirements
- Finishing Requirements – Powder coating, plating, anodizing, heat treatment, paint, or other finishing requirements
- Hardware & Assembly Requirements – Include fasteners, inserts, studs, hinges, latches, or assembly requirements
- Certification Requirements – Identify any required material certifications, C of C, inspection reports, FAI, or other documentation
- Requested Delivery Date – Let us know when you need the parts delivered
